local democracy week

LDW is rapidly approaching and I am beginning to panic. I was just going to keep a diary but the more I think about it, the more boring that sounds. Maybe I'll do that anyway and add extra blogs as issues arise that might be worth exploring. All depends on what feedback (if any) we (there are three of us in this exercise) get.
