Union meeting

Just been to an AUT meeting about job evaluation and new payscales. After finally getting a measure of common understanding nationally and locally it seems the management at University of Warwick are already trying to ignore big chunks of it. No doubt they would have a different view but we'll see what they have put in writing and if they will ratify it.
